You can power up into a particular beast while fighting. Timing is important because you'll be able to be in the beast mode only for a limited amount of time.

The graphics are clean and work well while the sound effects are appropriate and collisions are well done.

Bottom line: There is nothing inherently wrong with Bloody Roar 3, but it builds excessively on cliché of the genre, leaving no room for innovation. 6,5/10
