Review-Ported from the arcades and sequel of Zero Gunner.
Played on SVGA, the graphics of Zero Gunner 2 definitely impress. Crisp colors, incredible detail.
To get rid of your enemies more efficiently, you will be required to rotate your chopper in their direction. This can feel a bit disorienting, especially when the level scrolls in the opposite direction that you are facing!
Because of this peculiarity of the controls scheme, gameplay feels different from your typical shooter.
On the bad side, I noticed that the helicopters you control do feel slightly slow to respond but this shouldn't shy you away from one of the greatest shooters on dreamcast though!
