Nights Into dreams

version: jp - year: 1996 - developer: sega - publisher: sega - format: saturn, cdrom - condition: mint - rarity: slight

Review - Nights came out on SS while everybody was waiting for Sonic to land.

At the end of the day, Sonic appeared only in the form of Sonic 3D blast, a spin off of the series, instead of the full fledged Sega Saturn original appearence that all Sonic fans were anticipating.

Nights somewhat failed to create the same impact that the blue Hedgehog created when it hit the Genesis for the first time. Nonetheless, Nights is a very original game, oniric in a sense. It made me literaly dream with my eyes open. Too bad I was never good at it. Supports analogue Pad.

Bottom line: flying around full 3d worlds can be fun as long as you know what you're doing! 7,5/10
