Review - Sequel of Power Instinct with darker overtones, awesome character design, smooth animations and cool special moves.

Gameplay is good but might feel a little slow nowadays and backgrounds are a bit plain. Still a pretty good fighting game though. Supports 4 players mode via-multi-tap.

Bottom line: darker fighting game, worth checking out for sure! 7/10
