Review - Spiritual sequel of Waku Waku 7 released in the arcades and ported on Saturn.

With its big cartoony sprites and its nicely animated and evocative backgrounds, Astra Superstars will sure catch your attention but gameplay feels a bit too experimental for my taste as characters float around the screen, Dragon Ball style.

Bottom line: a different fighting game with some distinct visuals....8/10
