Clive Barker's Undying

version: usa - year: 2001 - developer: dreamworks - publisher: electronic arts - format: pc cdrom - condition: mint - rarity: common

Review - Creepy first person shooter with background story written by Clive Barker ("Hellraiser").

It's fun while it lasts on singleplayer. Some of the weapons are fantastic while the game's levels get from good to awesome further into the adventure.

At one point, you'll be walking along a path surrounded by hills, and for a long time, you'll just hear your enemies without knowing where they are. Suddenly the moonlight will reveal some montruous silhouettes and it won't take long before they will surround you...

Enemies can be very tough on normal mode, so watch out!

Multiplayer is unfortunately forgettable…

Bottom line: evocative shooter, with a very spooky atmosphere. 7/10
