Review - Expanded version of Caesar II, with a great Intro, reworked graphics and enhanced gameplay.
Some wargame elements have been introduced like invading hordes of barbarians for instance.
Bottom line: A worthy sequel to Caesar II, still heavily based on city-building rather than conquering....8/10
