Review - Port of Kof '99. Having played some of the Neo-Geo chapters and having just played the excellent port of KOF 2000 on DC, I must say that this KOF outing on GBA is mediocre at best. Not only the graphics miss a serious amount of colors and frames but most of the ingame voices are gone and what is even worse, the computer's A.I. is laughable making the solo experience rather tedious.

I understand that this game runs on a portable console and as such, it should't be compared to the games that appeared on Neo-Geo, DC and SS but I honestly think that this port could have been way better if more effort would have been put into it.

As things stand, KOF Ex Neo Blood is one of the worst chapters in this glorious saga, and the inclusion on an extra character is really not enough to save it...

Bottom line: a watered-down port of KOF '99. 6/10
