Review - Known in the West as Gradius Galaxies. This is probably the best 2D shooter on GBA sofar, as it features a brand new Gradius episode designed specifically for the GBA!

On easy mode, the game will be accessible to all of the players since it won't be that much of a challenge. What is good is that there are a lot of restart points scattered genereously across the levels, reducing the repetitiveness of games that usually require you to restart from the beginning of the level if you get killed or if you finish your continue.

The graphics are very impressive aside from the starfield that looks the same since the 1st chapter of the series! That said, there are some phenomenal graphics effects that will truely make your jaw drop to the floor.

The sound effects and the music are fair enough, whithout being outstanding.

Bottom line: a nice chapter in this long running saga. Certainly worth playing! 8/10
