Review - Take the original arcade Golden Axe, strip it of all of the colors but 3, shrink the characters to 1/12 of their original size, slow down the pace of the action by half, make players choose between music OR sound effects and add to the mix some extra painful loading time and you get Golden Axe on C64 tape version.

Bottom line: remember the awesome golden axe at the arcades? Well you might as well forget it cause this is not it! 3/10
