Review-Denaris is the reworked version of Katakis, Factor 5 rip-off of R-Type.
The A500 version is very different compared to the C64 version and actually it really has only the name in common. Technically, Denaris is a decent shooter but the best version (and that which uses the most power out of the hardware) is the C64 incarnation. Still, Denaris on A500 is a worthy R-Type clone.
Bottom line: A tough R-Type clone different from the C-64 game....8/10
