Review - First version of the game I ever played, Defender of the Crown on C64 featured impressive cinematic-like graphics, almost comparable (well not really hehe) to the totally impressive Amiga version.

While on Disk, this version suffers from long loading time. Should have a place in every respectable C64 collection though. See the Amiga version for more.

Bottom line: one of the killer applications of the C-64, gameplay was varied while technically it used the harware like very few other games on the platform...9/10
