Blood Money

version: pal - year: 1989 - developer: dma design - publisher: psygnosis - format: a500, 2 disks - condition: near mint - rarity: uncommon

Review - The name of the game says it all since in Blood Money your goal is not only to survive but also to greedily collect coins by killing enemies and to visit shops to buy power-ups, additional lives etc in order to be granted access to the more expensive levels (or planets).

Decent graphics (especially the intro), cool music, great simultaneous 2 players mode but hard difficulty with over-stretched levels.

Bottom line: It was well regarded back in the day for its nice audio-visuals and impressive intro. The steep difficulty curve kept many gamers from ever seing the whole game though....6/10
