Barbarian II

version: pal, budget - year: 1989 - developer: palace - publisher: kixx - format: a500, 1 disk- condition: mint - rarity: not very

Review - This was more of an action/adventure game rather than a 1 on 1 fighter.

You had to venture into open areas and dungeons infested with a variety of hard-to-kill monsters to find the exit.

The purple dragon had the funniest kill: it would eat your head off, look at you right in the eyes and burp! Also on C-64.

Bottom line: unnecessarily hard and a bit repetitive, and although awesome, the purple burping dragon isn't enough to save this game from mediocrity. 5/10
