Review-I was never big on strategy games, but Supremacy was just different. Sure, it was a game most definitely entrenched into sci-fi strategy gaming, but it had a very intuitive interface dressed up with good graphics, and nice music and sound effects.
I will never forget the time I was actually able to beat the first galaxy, ruled by Wotok. When I managed to conquer his galaxy, a cut-scene played in which I came out of an elevator and I just finished him with a head-shot!
I felt so empowered but...according to the game, Wotok has a neural capability of 3%!!! Really, now that I think of it, I am not entirely sure why I was so happy lol
Anyways, Supremacy is one of the better games of this type on the Amiga. It might be a bit simplistic today, but its awesome atmosphere made me want to play it a couple of times, even in this time and age.
Bottom line: A great sci-fi strategy game, with a cool intro, gory cut-scenes and good audio-visuals. 8/10
