Review- Shadow of the Beast was always intended to run on an Amiga 500, since most of the other ports never really matched the original version.
At the time of its release on the Amiga, in the UK the Atari ST was outselling Commodore's machine, so Psygnosis ported Shadow of the Beast to Atari's personal computer, squeezing some decent power out of the machine but the conversion failed to match the Amiga original.
Bottom line: a poorer rendition of the original.6/10
